All Letterbox Bakes and Letterbox Brownie orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 hours or 48 hours (selectable during checkout).
Orders placed before 12 noon
Dispatched the same day
Orders placed after 12 noon or during the weekend
Dispatched the next working day
Orders place on Bank Holidays
On bank holidays or any other days when Royal Mail does not make collections (eg, Christmas etc.), your bakes will be dispatched on the next working day.
We will do our very best to make sure you get your bakes as quickly as possible but occasionally Royal Mail experiences delays outside our control.

Although our Letterbox products are designed to fit through the majority of letterboxes, there are some teeny tiny letterboxes out there, some are obstructed and some doors have non-existent letterboxes! The postie will do their best and get the bakes to the recipient! And please note that only single box orders will fit though your letterbox, multiple boxes to a single address will be shipped inside a larger container box.
